Health risks
Diabetes, strokes and obesity are usually caused by unhealthy living, and eating. Morbidly obese people are a common occurance in the states, and it will remain this way if the younger generations don’t raise awareness. With the beers, fatty foods, high calorie snacks, sugary beverages and no excersise, these people are keeping the junk food industry alive.
All-you-can-eat is a special type of restaurant, where you pay a price (usually about 20$) and eat as much as you like. These are tempting offers to those who tend to overeat.

Changes in Food Consumption
With social media having a bigger influence than ever, teens are starting to realise and change their eating habits. Clean eating and regular excersise is something they are enthusiastic about, showing example to their parents and the younger generations as well.
Many people use their platforms on the internet to share recipes and lifestyle videos, which benefit them to help others.
Zerowaster, vegan, vegetarian and reductive (in this term, reducing trash but not as extremely as a zeroaster) lifesytles are the most favoured these days. People try to follow them and take part in some aktivists’ actions as well.
