Zoos in Zemgale
“Mežavairogi” in Ķekavas region;
Small Animal Garden “Dobuļi” in Iecavas region;
“Šetlandes pony farm” in Ķeguma region.

Conclusion
The main reasons to have Zoos are:
conservation of species;
possibility for people to see wild animals;
possiibility to educate people about wildlife.
In my opinion zoos should develop and become more comfortable for animals.
