Developing healthy eating habits is simpler and easier than you might think. You will look and feel better if you make a habit of eating healthfully. You will have more energy and think more clearly. Your immune system will be stronger so you will not get sick as often. Healthy eating habits are your ticket to a healthier body and mind. Good eating habits help prevent chronic illness in the future, including obesity, heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Among the more common teen eating habits include skipping meals, routine fast food consumption, frequent snacking and dieting.
Diets. Everyone likes to feel good about how they look. But being overweight affects more than what you see in the mirror. Being overweight has a big impact on your health. There are numerous diet and weight loss programs to choose from. Dieting can lead to dangerous habits including eating disorders in teens.
Vegetarians. Vegetarianism is the practice of not consuming the flesh (плоть) of any animal, with or without also eschewing other animal derivatives (производное), such as dairy products or eggs. Some vegetarians choose to refrain (воздерживаться) from wearing clothing which has involved (касаются) the death of animals, such as leather, silk and fur (мех). Evidence (ясность, наглядность) suggests that vegetarians are generally healthier and live longer than non-vegetarians. They have lower rates of many diseases (болезней); their organisms (bodies) are tending to be rich in many nutritive materials (питательные вещества) and animal proteins.
