But many plans like this sound great but are never prefect. For example higher taxes on tobacco products; this stops starters but not chain smokers who can't live without smoking. The scientists and WHO will have to go a long way until smoking becomes an extinct habit. But we can make a difference, we can start teaching our children and make sure that they never get into the habit; this can slow down the spread between friends. So basically giving our children good health education. To help ourselves we have to keep away from cigarettes. But if you are already an addict then the least you can do is have a proper diet and keep yourself fit by doing sports. Another way to help ourselves is to adopt legal instruments to control tobacco or our children will accuse us of having wasted the opportunity. This is one epidemic of several illnesses which we can control and we must take action now. "Your Life is in Your hands, if you won't do it, no one will."…
