Promote Tolerance, Encourage Understanding

Promote tolerance, encourage understanding! What can i do to eradicate racism, homophobia, xenophobia, sexism and all intolerance from my community?
I live in Latvia. We here come across all types of intolerance – racism, homophobia, xenophobia, sexism and other. The most widespread are exactly homophobia and xenophobia. The biggest problems are connected with Russians, gypsies and black people. Economy of Latvia is developing rapidly, so the thinking of community must be changing also.…
