These wise words were said by Pierre De Coubertin – the founder of modern Olympic games, and I can say for sure that this is true in every Olympic games – also in Turin 2006. Maybe it does sound silly – because what is main goal of all sportsmen? Of course the win! But all world’s best athletes come together during Olympic games – and the winner is only one, so someone also has to take last place. And knowing that, there are many athletes who go to the Olympic without dream about winning. Of course if we divide sportsmen very strictly, than probably more than halve of them could be measured in borders of this expression. Bu this time I will tell only about two of them.…
