Nowadays people have a lot of problems because of ecological, social, economic and other problems. They always suffer from stress, diseases, instability and dust in big cities. People have to take care of their physical and mental health to achieve this aim. We cannot be happy unless we feel well.
What the healthy lifestyle begins? Some people consider that healthy food is the beginning of healthy way of life, other consider that the base of a healthy way of life are physical activities. Both of them are right. But, nevertheless, more true is that the way to the healthy lifestyle begins with perception of necessity of taking your health under control.
Of course, you should have a positive spirit, because only in this case it is possible to become successful.
The healthy vital skills, healthy habits – for example, ability to distinguish healthy food from unhealthy and to prefer movement to motionless rest are necessary things to be healthy.
The health formula, a person can’t be healthy without it, is rational healthy eating and physical training.
When you don’t train regularly, eat without distinction, smoke and are overweight, it is extremely harmful for the health.
It is obviously that foundations of the healthy lifestyle are the necessary conditions of life.…
