Conclusion
In the conclusion I would like to once again highlight the main points of the neo-realist theory in the international relations. Firstly, the states are looking for security. In order to maximize the security they have to increase the power. China as a state is becoming more and more powerful, so other powerful states as Russia and the USA are starting to secure themselves by getting closer and closer to this threatening power in order to be sure that there will be no harm done to their countries.
Secondly, it is national interest which is clearly seen in the situation in the Baltic States where Russia is using minorities to still have influence in these independent counties. In that way blocking any kind of integration among the society.
Finally, international space from U.S. unipolarity could change in the future whether in bi or multipolar. In any of these cases U.S. would be included but still it does anything to secure its position and power.
