Widespread cultural stereotypes discourage women from working in construction and the men from working in education, medicine and related sectors of employment. This does not mean that women should not work in the construction field avi men in education, this tradition simply because very many women and men do not enter it even in mind, they use.
Also, the fact that women are much less often than men are rising up the career ladder, is also closely linked to gender roles and stereotypes. Community is estimated at above-men made up. The reasons are also related to beliefs about what can be done by a man and a woman can not be done.
