The ease or finding information can become a barrier also. A person with learning difficulties may not understand a more complex web site; this is not just a problem for service users but also for carers. If a web site is easy to find and easy to understand, then it becomes accessible to a wider audience.
In conclusion, I have found that care information on the web is very significant in this day and age to a variety of different people; it also provides more detailed information about conditions being researched than most leaflets available at doctors' surgeries or hospitals. More and more people are using the internet and therefore allowing the growth of care related information on the web to continue.
