Contract of Transaction's Account Service

Commercial bank ______________, hereinafter referred to as The Bank, in presence of president ____________, acting on the basis of the Statute of the bank, on the one hand, The Buyer ____________, on the other hand, and The Seller, ____________, on the third hand, have concluded the present contract as follows.

1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1.1. The subject of the contract is the service of the transaction's account, hereinafter referred to as the account, which secures the deal between The Buyer and The Seller.

1.2. The target of the account is to quarantee fulfillment of mutual financial obligations by The Buyer and by The Seller.

1.3. The Bank guarantees, that the money will be released from the account only in accordance with the present contract.
