Opinion about Inauguration Speech of Barack Obama

In society predominate various opinions about qualities, that are typical for good and successful orator. Everybody, who`s speaking, always try to find their own methods for: persuading, intrigue or fetch the audience. But unfortunately, there always will be persons, who just can`t talk for others, because they just don`t have that oratorical power. I have heard many different performances and speech, but the greatest one in the last time, was speech of inauguration of the new president of the USA -Barack Obama.
