The most recent issue in trading business is related to a feature defined as Fair Trade. According to Internet resource Wikipedia, ‘’Fair trade is an organized structure which promotes equitable standards for international labour, environmentalism, and social policy in areas related to the production of labeled and unlabelled goods, which may range from handcrafts to agricultural commodities.’’ This issue mostly deals with exporting the goods from developing countries to developed countries. The discussion on fair trade in this essay will deal with two main tropics – strategy and principles of fair trade and the market and countries involved in fair trade.
As there are two different groups undergoing the problem of fair trade – small farmers, that go for a fair price for their merchandise and workers on plantations and in factories, that go for fair wages and decent working conditions – there are also standards for implementing it.…
