For my book report I choose very popular and quite old story about actual theme – about Christmas time, as it December outside. It is one of the most popular stories of Charles Dickens – “Christmas Carol”. I must say I had not red this story before, I only knew the main idea from animation film.
This is very popular and typical Christmas story – about old, lonely and parches man, who changes his mind about life and Christmas, after some unexpected, unbelievable and wonderful happening. Some things happen, that shows him his previous life, present life and future.
I choused this book manly because of Christmas-time and because of its author. This is one of the best ways, how to make a Christmas feeling – it is to read good Christmas stories. I had not red anything from Dickens’s creation works. So this was a good possibility to introduce with his prose in original language. …
