CONCLUSION
After analyzing the company as a whole and its connection to its market, it was possible to link the appointed challenge as having possible solutions in the Structural and Human Resources frames, from Bolman & Deal. By reorganizing the company’s structure, people’s roles, responsibilities and relationships, it would be possible to make the strategies clearer to all the organization and enhance communication in order to solve the company’s challenge. To able to reorganize people and their relationships, the Human Resource frame would be applied in order to identify and meet individual’s needs to assist meeting the organization’s goals. Both frames together would give another perspective to the organization from within and its position in relation to the market. However, to properly solving the challenge, it would be necessary to have a deeper knowledge and research as well as working with the company.
This assignment has allowed the group to understand the Bolman & Deal’s frames further, as well as its applicability’s to the corporative world. It has also allowed the group to enhance their perceptions of their roles as group members and the perception of organizations as macro structures that rely on the micro tasks, relations and communication in order to be successful.
