Overall majority of people begin smoking at the age of teens. One may argue that whether to smoke or not is the private decision of every person and no one might impose his point of view to someone.
But I think, the reason of it, is the influence of surrounding society, and the decision to smoke or not, which makes everybody in his life depend not only on him, but also on the people who he associate with.
Some teenagers begin smoking to show that they are grown-ups already; some of them because their cool friends smoke and in order to show that he or she is a cool guy or cool girl too start also to smoke. I think that such people are weak and slack, because the opinion of surrounding people is more important for them, than theirs own thoughts and feelings.
People smoke still acknowledging that this harms to their health. Smoking is considered to be harmful, because it causes many different illnesses like lung and mouth cancer, heart disease.…
