Lithuania and Latvia
One of the countries of Baltic States and the European Union, Lithuania, has 8th place in this list. The data shows, that in Lithuania, 47.1 males and 8.1 females per 100,000 have committed suicide. Considering that, males have committed suicide approximately 5 times more than females. In comparison Lithuania, Latvia has 20th place in this list. According to the data, 14 males and 4.8 females per 100,000 have committed suicide.

Conclusion
Male and female suicide rates are out of total male population and total female population, respectively. The total number of male suicides divided by total male population.
According to the WHO, Europe is the most suicidal region in the entire world, while the Eastern Mediterranean the least.
