Sweets Mozartkugeln.
It is only natural that the history of Mozartkugeln sweets could not begin anywhere except in the city that gave the world the great composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - Salzburg. It was 1890. When confectioner Paul Fuerst of Salzburg, master of his craft, created Mozartkugel. He made marzipan ball, enveloped it in nut cream and dipped in bittersweet chocolate, due to which the candy was covered by a coat of the most delicious chocolate.
