Gaelic games
Gaelic games are the traditional sports played in Ireland
The two main Gaelic games are:Gaelic football and hurling, both are organised by the Gaelic Athletic Association(GAA).
Women's versions of hurling and football are also played: camogie, organised by the Camogie Association of Ireland, and ladies' Gaelic football, organised by the Ladies' Gaelic Football Association.

Gaelic football
Gaelic football is the most popular of the Gaelic games and is played by teams of 15 on a rectangular grass pitch with H-shaped goals at each end.
The primary object is to score by driving the ball through the goals.
Ladies' Gaelic football and is very similar to the men's game with a few minor rule changes

Saint Patrick’s day
Saint Patrick's Day is a religious holiday celebrated internationally on 17 March.
It commemorates Saint Patrick the most commonly recognised patron saint of Ireland, and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland.
The day is generally characterised by the attendance of church services, wearing of green attire (especially shamrocks),and restrictions on eating and drinking alcohol.
