The most cases of the political apathy are based on the lack of trust between the society and the state. That does not include all the levels of society, however, there is a growing nummber of social groups that more and more doubt that state can represent their interests. It’s mainly not because state theroretically would be unable to do this, but because of the way how the interests of society are represented. In this case, society often considers that the state is not interested to represent the wishes of society.
