At the end we come to the conclusion that the people either born with specific set of characteristics or gain those during the lifetime and in some way they constitute a personality. There are people who while sports performance are quite aggressive and Type B people, although in real life they are very kind and calm. On the other hand there are people who are quite calm and have the Type A characteristics, but during sports performance they can show completely different side of their personality – aggressive and can’t control their emotions. That’s why people make mistakes in their sports performances because of their personalities, and sometimes that may end their career or also due to the fact they can get an injury or/and get people's disrespect and/or bad reputation.
There are many ways how to avoid the bad things in future by changing your thinking, action and to veil some bad personality traits.
