Conclusion; I have concluded that juices with added Vitamin C rather than natural juices do in fact, have higher Vitamin C content.
This shows, that, not only is Fruitopia an excellent source of Vitamin C, but is also cheap in comparison with juicing fruit to create your own.
Recommendations; The recommended dietary intake is, for children, 40-45 mg and for adults, 50-60 mg.
As you can see, none of the above products cover this, though Mr. Juicy and Daily juice claim to come close, so my recommendation is that to keep up your Vitamin C levels, you drink at lest 150 mL of juices a day.
