• Describe importance of form of international trade agreements.
International trade agreements have a free form and can be oral or written (as contracts, as e-mails etc.). These trade agreements do not have a strict form and can be performed as free as parties like to do that.
Everything comes to some restrictions in the moment, when one or both parties have complaints about something. To solve the problem themselves is easier and of course cheaper, but in many cases it goes to courts and courts have to decide who is responsible for problems, who hasn’t done what he should be etc.
For sure, it is much easier if parties have written a contract between them and signed it, so The Court can analyze this contract and fast make a decision.
Nowadays the most popular way in which contracts are maid is electronic mail. One party offers something to another, it accepts the offer, amend it of declines it. So after it deal is made/or is not made.
Harder for the court is to analyze cases, when contract is made orally. So it takes more time for the court and more money and headache for parties.
