Most of the nowday people know what is software. In the English dictionary it is explained as ”the programs and other operating information used by a computer”. Illegal is explained as ”not legal”, ”contrary to law”. So, illegal software is software that is not allowed or is forbiden by the law.
Majority of the population of Latvia are using computers. But a lot of them are using illegal softwares because they are cheaper than legal ones. Ofcourse there are a lot of free softwares in the Internet but a mostly that are frauds or in testing stage. Something that is in testing stage is not working properly yet.
