CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
1. The author has passed her practice in the company “…” Ltd. which for the past seven years is engaged in manufacturing of stairs and furniture to order. Over the years the production company already successfully strengthens its position in the market and market in foreign countries. The company has the good image among existing clients and their acquaintances, thanks to the skilled, experienced employees who are serving customers at the highest level.
2. The company “…” Ltd. offers a wide range of services in production area. The company manufactures and installs all types of stairs, individual and standard fencing for homes and land, railings, as well as the company is engaged in the renovation of stairs and railings. And also the company makes furniture for all types of premises.
3. Lithuania`s economy since the fall of 2008 is in a deep economic crisis. This affected the economic activities of the company “…” Ltd. the company increased its costs and taxes and according to that decreased customers’ solvency.
4. The company`s external environment which affects directly related to suppliers, who supply the materials at competitive conditions and also with valuable qualified business activity, because without electricity, heating and communication services it is hard to work for company`s employees and make at the highest level customer service.
5. The company cannot control indirectly affecting external environment, only watch the events happening in the country, researching customer needs, behavior, try to adapt to new laws and make better use of new technologies in the manufacturing area.
