Latvia is new Member State in EU. The European Union is one of the world’s most prosperous economical zones. It now has the power of an internal market and the human potential of more than 450 million citizens. Program of rural innovation for Kurzemes region in Latvia will help to clarify the biggest problems in this region and find out the best solution for theses problems. Geographical situation and structure in Kurzemes region help to understand going situation now. My aim is to write good rural development program that it can be useful. The main aim is to discover problem for Kurzemes region make SWOT analyze and find out solution. Make problem solving and measures. Financial plan help to divide money between different fields and between different problems. Managing and paying authority shows responsibility for managing and implementing the program in an efficient, effective and correct way. I hope in future this program can help to develop Kurzemes region. …
