Town's sheriff explains the situation, how he found Maywella with signs of somebody who has tried to suffocate her, and with bruising on the right eye
Bob Ewell claims that he saw everything from the window, couldn't catch Tom, and the run to sheriff to tell it all, agrees what sheriff said, write his name with a left hand
Mayella Ewell claims that Tom Robinson, after called in to help her, has raped her
Tom Robinson tells, that he went inside to help Maywella as usual, when she asks, and she attacked him and kissed him. Bob Ewell came and he had a chance to run away. Important: T. Robinson's left hand is injured since he was 12 and he is only able to do something with his right hand. Result: Tom is found guilty
