Extract

A counter opinion might state that the doctrine of suppremacy seems logical and is a fundament to the existence of the EU since there are so many memberstates and it would be impossible to find a solution to any kind of problem without having one source of reference.
It is impossible that people will ever think and feel the same. As many states there are in the European Union, as many mentalities and opinions there are, too. Although everybody is aware of the diversity of the EU, still states want to join this system. From this tendency we might conclude that the EU system is effective and promising for the future and people choose this system because they find it appropriate and see it as a progressive one.
