A certain degree of stress is unavoidable in life, but anyway stress isn’t anything good. Adults often say that teens shouldn’t have stress, because they don’t work and they don’t have any important decisions to make, but teens often get stressed, too.
Work is a major source of stress for many people, but there are many other events that can lead to stress, like pressure to perform at school, unemployment, money worries, arguments, family conflicts, new environment, so teens can get stressed, too.
