5. Recommendation
Here are the recommendations: in the industrial age, all the management functions haven't developed to be a theory; the managers assist people in the daily production mainly use them in the practise. Later as the theory developed, those four functions become the principal functions of management and widely used in the business management, they showed a complex and are inter-related. Planning not only focuses on business development, but also within organizations between managers and employees. Organising function focuses on division, coordination, and control of tasks and the flow of information within the organization with the help of new technologies. Leading function keeps the motivation and happiness of the employee and keeps production high. Controlling function monitors the performance of individuals, department, divisions, and the entire organization. Those four functions developed from industrial age, contributed with more practices and widely used in the information age. In another word, we could say it is based practices in industrial age and guide the practices in the information age, and with a more close relationship.
