The Carnivals of Cádiz
Without a doubt it is the most carefree party in Spain and also a party that lasts several months. It begins with the beginning of the preliminary sessions of cantes and coplas of the Carnival Contest at the Gran Teatro Falla de Cádiz and ends with the "Carnaval de los jartibles", three weekends after having finished the main party in the city. The satirical, the mask and the joy make this party special for me in front of all the others.
