As you know, the spring now is making the first steps and we can feel warmer and sunnier whether. After some weeks we will see some new vegetables and fruits in the shops, which are the first of the new year. One of them is the red radish. In my opinion it vegetable is a symbol of the spring. We can eat it in a lot of ways. We can make a salad or garnish. But everybody knows that radish contains some good things for our health as well. So, today I want to tell you something knew about the radish, what radish and its leaves exactly contain.
