European Social Fund
• Expert attraction to planning regions, cities and areas.
The aim of activity is to raise planning regions government administrative capacity.
The financial receivers are Daugavpils, Jelgava, Jekabpils, Jurmala, Liepaja, Rezekne, Valmiera, and Ventspils municipalities.
European Social Fund is financing 100 % of all costs, and it is 2, 55 million Lats (around 3,65 million Euro).

The aim of activity is to increase the areas development planning capacity.

European Regional Development Fund
• Preschool infrastructure development of national and regional development centers.
The aim of activity is to promote equal employment opportunities, as well as employment and access to services in national and regional development centers.
Total amount of this project is 24, 7 million Lats (around 35, 3 million Euro), including European Regional Development Fund Co- financing 21 M Lats (30 m euro) and National Public Financing 3, 7 m Lats (5,3 m Euro).
• Support for alternative care services availability.
The aim is to promote equal employment opportunities, providing children, peoples with disabilities and retirement age persons with social skills development, education and leisure opportunities, outside the national and regional development centers.
The financial receivers are municipalities, associations or foundations.
