Labour law is an inportant aggregate of legislations, which defines and regulates the rights and duties of employers and employees. Nowadays, emplyment rights play an important role in the development of sustainable economy and in providing the level of employment.

EU legislations guarantee the minimal level of protection to provide that the legal rights of health and safety in work place could not be broken, also to establish the equality of man and woman and to not allow discrimination. Labour law regulates and difines, that the conditions of employment needs to be equal for full-time as well as for part-time workers.

EU directive defines the employers general duties in minor employment. EU directive for working hours defines that each EU member state should not infringe the rights of working hours – employee should not work more then 48 hours in a week, the state needs to provide paid annual vacation and should assiduity to night-workers. …
