Ecology is a very popular word today. But what does it mean? Ecology is a since which studies the relationship between all forms of life on our planet and the environment. This word in translation means ” home”. The idea of home includes our whole planet, it is population, nature, birds, fish, insects and all other living beings and even the atmosphere around our planet.
Since ancient times nature has served man giving everything he need: air to breathe , food to eat , water to drink, wood for building home and other things without that things we can’t live .For thousands of years people lived in harmony with environment and it seemed to them that the resources of nature will never end. With the industrial revolution ( in 19 century) our negative influence on nature began to increase. Large cities with thousands with thousands of steaming, polluting plants and factories can be found nowadays all over the world. Their activity pollute the air that we breathe, the water that we drink , the fields where our crops are grown. That’s way people who live in polluted cities like to spend weekend far from the noise, to be closer to nature.…
