Solutions
●Every wisdom tradition has the solution: Do unto others as you would have done unto you. Or to restate: Do not do unto another as you would not have done unto you.
The reason why no religion, culture or government has been able to apply such rule is that every person must decide for him self how to take a positive view to this problem or to disapprove.

● The principle relies on the acquisition of empathy and responsibility by the individual. I mean by this that one must be able to imagine oneself in the other one's place (empathy) and then be able to respond (response ability) to the other one's pain or joy as if it were their own.

● Social theories such as Egalitarianism claim that social equality should prevail. In some societies, including most developed countries, each individual's civil rights include the right to be free from government sponsored social discrimination.
