Another good idea would be to offer a webinar where people can take part online and ask questions they might have (this might be good for other PR agencies that might become partners in the future).
Or you could offer other events, such as an “open day” where people can simply come to the INS office and have a talk, get some snacks and see how things work.
Of course these kind of events then need to be promoted everywhere, on facebook, the website, the newsletter, etc.
