Each of us came into contact with the homeless person- they are people without definite or fixed life and who are bumming around. We can meet them everywhere – in Riga’s underpasses, in the parks, on benches, sometimes even in many –storey staircases. Because of different reasons/ circumstances they have no purse/means to allow themselves the place of residence, here are the reasons why does it happen…
