I am writing with reference to the position of cook assistant or waitress in catering.

Please find enclosed a copy of my CV outlining my background and qualifications for your consideration. As a dish washer, cook assistant at a cafe and a shop assistant, I have an experience of work in the kitchen and dealing with people.
