Conclusions
• Success is really important for students. Many of students are studying for a long time, does not sleep and it causes stress, because all the time there is a fear of doing everything in time and if the outcoming results will satisfy them.
• Stress is the body's emotional response to a variety of adverse external and internal factors such as a lack of time and the fear of the results. However stress can be positive for example a happiness. Stress is a condition of discomfort.
• Most students forget the insidious nature of stress when they are feeling ill. Even when stress is an obvious reason for them feeling unwell they are most looking for another reason.
• Many people know that foreknowledge causes and not knowing of what will happen in the future, rather than the events themselves. It is very important to understand the main causes of stress and learn how to live with them.
