Conclusion
The one thing all states have in common if we are talking about how OSCE is promoting democracy in each state we have to talk about elections.
In Eastern Europe OSCE undoubtfully plays very important role, because it helps not only one or two states to shape and stabilize their democracies, but it works with most of Eastern Europe states that geographically includes large area of Europe and thus has a huge impact on democracy as a whole. Although each state has its individual and unique system, they all are working towards even more democratic state system, because all states that have joined OSCE “recognize that human rights are best respected in democratic societies, where decisions are taken with maximum transparency and broad participation” . This very basic condition shows the main idea of the way in which OSCE is working and what all participating states have decided to reach and just joining in organization is great decision and step towards democracy.
OSCE has such an important role in democracy making processes, because its activities affect the whole system of democracy that could collapse if OSCE makes mistakes during its cooperation with any of member states.
