Environmentalism and Influence of Environmentalists in Worlds Economy

Increasing of industrialization in 20th century crteate much serious problems. The global warming, pollution of air and ground, noclear desasters were only some problems which arise in last two centuries. People demands increased, but it is connected with serious problems in nature. However there are people who tries to faight not only with consequences, but also with reasons. These are ecologists and environmentalists.
Economic development had tipically paid little heed to the damage it was inflicting on the environment. Events such as those at Love Channel, Three Mile Island, and Chernobyl seemed to prove the ecologists right. Moreover, the massive burning of fossil fuels and rain forests may be creating a ‘’greenhouse effect’’, trapping heat inside the earth atmosphere. Environmentalists believe that industrialism can be reformed and made ‘’greener’’ or more sustainable. Ecologism is a radical theory which argues for widespread social, political and economic change.
In my work I`ll try to show how and why environmentalists tries to reform industrialization of the world and what are their successes.…
