The court of cassation
The highest court is the third, highest-level court to review cases at the cassation instance. In that instance, the highest court shall examine the conformity of the judgment under appeal with the substantive and procedural law and shall draw conclusions on the basis of the materials in the case.

Short example
A person must first refer to the Court of First Instance. If the judgment of that court is not satisfied, it may be appealed to the appeal Court. If the applicant is not satisfied, then it will go on to the highest court.
