Other differences I
UDHR uses the term ‘nationality’ while CL uses ‘citizenship’. These terms are usually used as synonyms in the West but in Baltic States the difference in meaning exists.
In English translation of CL a word ‘people’ is used instead of the word ‘Nation’ - the latter would be more accurate (in official translation the word ‘Nation’ is used http://www3.lrs.lt/home/Konstitucija/Constitution.htm)

Other differences II
UDHR Article 21 shows that: “The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government“ CL Article 2 and Article 4 states that: „The State of Lithuania shall be created by the Nation“; „The Nation shall execute its supreme sovereign power either directly or through its democratically elected representatives“
In CL cases when particular human rights could be restricted are mentioned (e.g. art. 23 about the seizure of property for the needs of society (stories of Ukio bankas and Snoras illustrates; art. 25 2nd paragraph and etc.)
