Conflicts at Workplace. Their Reasons and Solutions

Hello! My name is ......... and I am the first course student in Rigas Tehnical university. Today, I would like to talk about conflicts at workplace their reasons and solutions. The objective of this presentation is to present how important business without conflicts are. The presentation will take a few minutes. I have split my talk into three main parts:
First I will speak about- What is conflict
Second- Conflict reasons
Third- Conflict solutions
