Views Set Against the European Union

The laws of Europen Uninon foundation forecast places the national legislation in the second place. If laws of some member country goes in conflict with EU laws, the Court of Justice of the European Communities announce them as abeyant. If some member contries hesistate about accepting the contradictious norm, the EU puts them a fine for every day they are hesistating about canceling the contradictious norm.

The sovereignty is undivided highest authority. In nowadays the folk is sovereign. Every folk elect their deputies whom they trust their interest defence. Sovereignty has 3 primary features : 1) paramoutncy over therithory and population, 2) equality in foreign relations, 3) a right to prescribe economical arragement. What does EU offer?
They offer their laws which will rule over our country and population., joint foreign policy and strictly ruled economy, joint security politics. Of course that we can`t talk about sovereignty if administrative institutions are outside of Latvia and they are ruled by foreign states like Germany and France. …
