The argument and claim of this essay were described in extreme detail in the first two pages. This description can be briefly stated as the following two thoughts: 1. The female criminal is treated and sentenced unjustly, compared to a male offender. 2. All the information given in the above six pages, overviewed the facts, explained the judgments made, and propose a solution to this injustice. Both the argument and claim have been proven by the facts, judgments/inferred conclusions, and testimony that were provided as evidence. Therefore, it is a fact that for a number of reasons there is and has been unjust prison sentencing between women and men. This truth, that female offenders are unfairly sentenced, is undeserved, excessive, and biased. The severity of this overlooked reality is in critical need of understanding and acknowledgment by all of humanity. It was demonstrated that a greater concern (in the fight for this equality) of the public and government officials, is the one entity that can force this injustice out of existence. In the end, the people of today have a chance to be written into the history books, as the generation that fought for the equality of all women, criminals or not.…
