Operating from the impressive Menara Milenium in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur, with 35 employees, WOFS.com has become the number one feng shui site in the world from over 200 sites. The future strategy of the WOFS.com is to create a feng shui forum on-line and in the newsletters as a platform to share knowledge on feng shui. The success of WOFS.com eventually leads to the later formation of feng shui boutiques
To further enhance the business, Lillian has extended her feng shui business into retailing and franchising. The main items sold in the boutiques are emulates, and Lillian's collection of fen shui books. The retail arm named as the World of Feng Shui Boutique, has to date reach over 10 outlets stretching across Brunei, Spain, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand, India, LA, and Australia.
