The Nightmare

It was Saint Valentine’s day. I was not feeling it too much, so I took my nephew’s car and decided to go for a little ride. I picked up my two best friends – Deena and Solange. All the decorations in our town were too annoying and irritating, it felt like they were pulsing and screaming at us. And those couples, walking down the road hand in hand. I just could not stand it. I have been there and done that, and I don’t want to go back.
Felt like we were driving for a decade, time went by so slowly, but Solange assured me that we were driving only for about twenty minutes. Did not know where exactly we were heading, we just had to get as far as possible away from that romantic air. Oh, ang guess what was on the TV tonight..? ‘’Titanic’’ , of course. Sure, what else could it be.…
