Andrew Lloyd Webber was born in London, England in 1948. He started studying music as a child, writing his first compostiton at the age of nine. Webber attended the University of Oxford and later the Royal College of Music. Some of his famous compositions include Jesus Christ Superstar, Cats, The Phantom of the Opera, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Evita. One interesting fact that I discovered about Andrew Lloyd Webber was that he was officially knighted in 1997, which makes him Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber.
